An elegant and distinctive red wine from Valpolicella Classica, produced in the hills of Valle di Marano, one of the historic areas of the appellation. Grown at around 400 metres above sea level, the grapes fully express the identity of the territory through a natural balance of freshness, structure and aromatic intensity. Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone come together to create a wine with an authentic personality, reflecting the character of the hills around Verona.
It reveals a bright ruby-red colour, while the nose offers a fresh and pleasantly fruity bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit and cherry, complemented by delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious and well balanced, with a pleasant structure, soft tannins and good persistence, supported by a lively freshness.
A highly versatile Valpolicella, created to express the identity of its land with freshness and elegance. Ideal with pasta dishes, meat-based sauces, cured meats and white meats, it pairs naturally with Italian cuisine and traditional dishes from the Veneto region.
