Trozos – Cantabrian Anchovy Pieces in Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 160 g Jar

A different way of appreciating Cantabrian Anchovies, born from the meticulous work of the women who carefully clean and trim each anchovy by hand.

During this artisanal process, some fillets may break or lose their original shape. These become the Trozos: true “noble trimmings”, pieces of anchovy that retain the distinctive characteristics and flavour of the product, while finding a different expression in the kitchen. Nothing is wasted: even those pieces that cannot be presented as whole fillets are carefully recovered and given a new purpose.

Preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Trozos are ideal for pasta dishes, pizza, bruschetta, salads and culinary preparations, where shape becomes secondary and the distinctive character of Cantabrian Anchovies takes centre stage.
