Jean-Jacques Lamoureux Cuvée Gabin Zéro Dosage is a pure and uncompromising expression of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Made from 100% Pinot Noir and with no sugar added after disgorgement, it is crafted to express the grape variety and the distinctive Kimmeridgian terroir of the area with remarkable precision.

The wine reveals a fine, persistent perlage, with an aromatic profile opening onto citrus, exotic fruit and mineral notes, followed by nuances of lychee, grapefruit, dried fruit, pepper and almond. On the palate, it is taut, fresh and structured, with a clearly defined mineral character and a long, elegant finish.

A Champagne with a strong gastronomic identity, perfect as a refined aperitif and particularly suited to oysters, seafood, fish carpaccio, sushi and sashimi. Its uncompromising dryness also makes it an exceptional partner for dishes with a pronounced savory character.
