Les Amoureux is one of Jean-Jacques Lamoureux’s most personal cuvées, a rare and distinctive Champagne made from 100% Pinot Blanc, a grape variety now rarely found in Champagne. It comes from the historic Val Germain parcel in Les Riceys, originally acquired by grandparents René Lamoureux and Renée Chevrolat in 1947 and replanted with Pinot Blanc in 2010 as a tribute to their legacy.

The nose reveals an elegant and intriguing profile of lychee, white peach and delicate citrus notes, while the palate combines richness and silky texture with vibrant freshness and a pronounced mineral character, reflecting the Kimmeridgian soils of Les Riceys. Its low Extra-Brut dosage, reported at 4 g/l, allows the purity and distinctive personality of the Pinot Blanc to shine through.

A highly distinctive Champagne with a strong gastronomic identity, perfect for a refined aperitif and particularly well suited to shellfish, oysters, raw fish, carpaccio and delicate seafood dishes, where its freshness and mineral character can fully express themselves.
