Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG – Terre del Dogado

A distinguished red wine from the Valpolicella Classica, produced in the hills of Valle di Marano, at the heart of the appellation, from a careful selection of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo the traditional appassimento process, lasting approximately 90–120 days and naturally concentrating their aromas, structure and intensity. Slow vinification followed by ageing in oak barrels completes a process defined by time and patience.

In the glass, it reveals an intense ruby-red colour with garnet reflections. The bouquet is broad and complex, with elegant notes of ripe cherry and red fruit, complemented by nuances of dark chocolate, tobacco, leather and sweet spices. On the palate, it is powerful and enveloping, with an impressive structure, soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.

An Amarone of remarkable character, expressing the depth of Valpolicella through balance, structure and aromatic complexity. Ideal with red meats, game, braised dishes and aged cheeses, it is equally suited to contemplative sipping and the finest dining occasions, particularly alongside rich and full-flavoured preparations.
