«122° DoXe» Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut

A refined expression of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, produced in the hills west of Conegliano, between Farra, Pieve di Soligo and Crevada, from 100% Glera grapes grown at an altitude of 220–300 metres. The predominantly clay and limestone soils contribute to a Prosecco of remarkable finesse, defined by balance, freshness and elegant aromatic intensity.

It reveals a luminous straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, crystal clear, with abundant foam and a remarkably fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and fruity, with notes of apple and pear, delicate floral nuances and a pleasant mineral character. On the palate, it is smooth and refined, with good structure and well-balanced acidity, leading to a dry and intense finish. Slow secondary fermentation at low temperature for at least 45 days according to the Martinotti-Charmat Method enhances the finesse of the bubbles and preserves its aromatic fragrance.

A Brut of remarkable versatility and character, perfect as an aperitivo and particularly well suited to seafood cuisine. Its finesse makes it an excellent match for raw fish, shellfish and oysters, where its freshness and mineral character complement the delicate flavours of the ingredients with elegance. The name Doxe, meaning Doge in Venetian dialect, recalls the history of the Serenissima and symbolically celebrates the 122nd Doge, turning every bottle into a tribute to Venice and its enduring heritage.
