Behind the flavour.
«121° DoXe» Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
A Prosecco that combines the identity of the Venetian hills with a tribute to the history of the Serenissima. 121° DoXe is made from Glera grapes grown in the hills of the Treviso area, on dry, shallow silty-clay soils. Its name recalls the Doge, Doxe in the Venetian dialect, and symbolically celebrates the 121st Doge of Venice, following the 120 Doges who successively led the Republic of Venice.
It reveals a luminous straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is delicate yet intense, with elegant fruity notes of green apple, pear and peach, accompanied by pleasant nuances of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, soft and light, with a fine, delicate bubble that enhances the freshness of the wine and a pleasantly dry finish. The extended secondary fermentation according to the Martinotti-Charmat Method helps preserve its freshness and aromatic fragrance.
An elegant and versatile Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, ideal as an aperitivo and with antipasti, fish dishes and light preparations. Its freshness also makes it particularly enjoyable with delicate desserts and fruit tarts. Best served chilled at 6–8°C to fully appreciate its finesse, aromas and lively character.
