At the heart of the selection is the world of Cantabrian Anchovies: from the prized Limited Edition fillets preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Trozos, traditional artisan pieces of anchovy, ideal for enriching pasta dishes, bruschetta and Mediterranean recipes. They are equally delicious served on the crisp Seaweed Crostini or Cereal Freselline.

The culinary selection continues with two expressions of Italian olive oil: Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chilli, perfect for adding a lively spicy note to pasta and seafood dishes, and an Intensely Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil, selected for its distinctive character and ability to enhance the finest ingredients.

The Mediterranean pantry continues with Pasta di Gragnano IGP Spaghettoni and Pacchetelle di Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP Tomatoes, an authentic expression of the volcanic terroir around Mount Vesuvius. Completing the Campanian selection are Grilled Montoro Onion Pesto and Semidry Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP Tomatoes, intensely flavoured and concentrated, perfect for creating distinctive sauces, starters and Mediterranean dishes.

The seafood selection includes Salt Cod Pâté, creamy and versatile, and Bluefin Tuna in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sourced from FAO Area 37, with its firm texture and rich, clean flavour. A collection designed to turn exceptional ingredients into dishes that are simple, yet full of character.

The selection also features one of the great icons of Spanish gastronomy: 100% Iberian Pata Negra Ham, hand-sliced into a 90 g pack, distinguished by its intense aromas, delicate texture and remarkable depth of flavour.

The experience is completed by Lamoureux Dosage Zéro Champagne 75 cl, chosen to accompany the aperitivo and convivial moments with its pure, precise and gastronomic expression.
