The Chorizo “Cular de Bellota” is a delicious cured sausage made from 100% Iberian Pata Negra pork, renowned for their acorn-based diet (bellota). This chorizo features a medium grind, creating a perfectly balanced texture. Its flavor is enhanced with La Vera paprika and spices, giving it a distinctive smoky and mildly spicy taste.
Encased in natural casing, it preserves the traditional authenticity of its preparation. Aged for approximately 4–5 months, the chorizo develops its full, rich flavor, resulting in a savory and flavorful product.
